About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Evergreen, Colorado, Evergreen Brewery is much more than a brewery—it's a vibrant gathering spot that brilliantly marries the warmth of an American restaurant with the lively spirit of a beer hall and brewpub. Boasting an eclectic menu that appeals to families, brunch lovers, and even vegetarian diners, this venue crafts a rich culinary experience that complements its impressive beer lineup.

Step inside, and you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere where rustic charm meets a contemporary mountain vibe. The spacious deck offers stunning mountain views that transform every visit into a memorable occasion, whether you’re catching up with friends over afternoon brews or savoring a relaxed brunch. The local art adorning the walls adds an authentic Evergreen touch, making you feel truly connected to the community.

Evergreen Brewery’s menu offers delights that entice the palate with a variety of textures and bold flavors. Imagine biting into their Cheesesteak—a savory, tender marvel enveloped in freshly baked bread. The Sour Apple Whiskey Reuben redefines a classic with a tangy twist that dances on your tongue, while the Cuban Sandwich and Cuban Panini transport you to more tropical climates with layers of smoky ham, melted cheese, and mustard-spiced pickles. For those exploring lighter fare, the Evergreen Memberberry Cobbler offers a sweet, homey finish, showcasing local berries infused with a hint of nostalgia.

Beer enthusiasts will find themselves spoiled by choices like Na Beer, the sharply crafted IPA 5, and the beautifully balanced Two Kilts Red Ale. For a deeper, darker adventure, the Oksana Baiul Imperial Stout provides rich, velvety notes that linger long after the last sip. Customers rave about the rotating Burger of the Month and the inventive Pho'Cked Up French Dip, where savory broth meets perfectly cooked beef and artisan bread. Even the simple offerings, like crispy Pretzel Bites paired with house-made dips, show how Evergreen Brewery elevates comfort food to something exceptional.

Patrons frequently praise the friendly, attentive service that complements the extraordinary food and drinks. Chad Hauser highlights the welcoming atmosphere and relaxing deck, while Tom Maltais gushes about the "fast and friendly service" and the awe-inspiring Lone Tanger. Derek Dozbaba raves about the weekend brunch, calling their pancakes the best—a true testament to attention to detail and chef creativity. Heidi Kibirsky found happy hour unforgettable thanks to fantastic nachos topped with pulled pork and a beer sandwich with bread so good it left a lasting impression.

Beyond the food and beverage, Evergreen Brewery stands out for its commitment to innovation and customer experience. Craig Malott points out the brewery’s cutting-edge website and app, which enhance the ease of ordering and keep the community connected. The recent happy hour offerings have delighted regulars, especially with crowd favorites like the double smash burger—a true “must-try” that keeps guests coming back time and again.

Great beer selection! The food looked fantastic, but we only stopped to hydrate. Fast and friendly service. The Lone Tanger is AWESOME! Outdoor seating with Mountain Views. Local art for sale. Come here. Drink beer. You’ll love it!

The new updates to the website and the app are really amazing! I mean, that stuff isn't cheap, and it really sets you aside from... any other brewery that I've been to. Great decision on the new investments Beer is always top notch here. The new happy hour has been a delight. And their double smash burger has quickly become one of my favorites that I have to keep coming back for. If you're reading this, just trust this is a great place to visit.

Cool place. Stopped by after a hike today and was impressed with both the variety of food as well as beer options. I had the coffee ipa which was quite coffee forward and delicious along with the notorious blt. The sandwich was the perfect combo of veggies and bacon I needed for hike recovery. My buddy got the elk horn ipa (?l, hazy. It was a nice mix of juice and haze. He had the blackened mac and and au ju sandwich. The Mac had nice flavor and he said the sandwich was tasty.

Beautiful view, great beer, the mac n cheese with added mushrooms and bacon was amazing, the spinach dip was also very good. Can’t wait to be back and try more of their dishes.
